Spicy Chili–Lime Salmon (Air Fryer)

Ingredients

  • 400 g salmon (2 fillets)
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ½–1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp honey
  • fresh coriander (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towel. This helps proper caramelization.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes.
  3. Lightly brush or spoon the sauce over the salmon with a thin coating. Reserve a small portion of the sauce for later.
  4. Cook at 180–190°C for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness.
  5. Mix the reserved sauce with 1 tsp honey. Brush it over the salmon about 2 minutes before the end of cooking.
  6. Remove from air fryer. Optionally sprinkle with fresh chopped coriander and add a small squeeze of lime.
