Spicy Chili–Lime Salmon (Air Fryer)

Ingredients
- 400 g salmon (2 fillets)
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- juice of 1 lime
- ½–1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp honey
- fresh coriander (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry with paper towel. This helps proper caramelization.
- In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes.
- Lightly brush or spoon the sauce over the salmon with a thin coating. Reserve a small portion of the sauce for later.
- Cook at 180–190°C for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Mix the reserved sauce with 1 tsp honey. Brush it over the salmon about 2 minutes before the end of cooking.
- Remove from air fryer. Optionally sprinkle with fresh chopped coriander and add a small squeeze of lime.
