Healthy High Protein Chocolate Banana Cake

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas (450 g)
- 4 medium eggs
- ¾ cup (200 g) greek yoghurt (0%)
- ½ cup (50 g) cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp (30 g) honey
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
- Peel the bananas and break them into chunks.
- Place the bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, and honey into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder and baking powder, then blend again until fully combined.
- Check that the batter is thick and glossy. If too thin, mix in a spoonful of oats to thicken it.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
- Cut into 5 equal pieces.
- Store in an airtight container or freeze for later.
