Chicken Tights Shashlik

Ingredients
- 1kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 3cm cubes
- 200g Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted ghee
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala or paprika (or mix of coriander/cumin/cayenne)
- 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) or oregano
- Salt, to taste
- 2 red onions, cut into chunks
- 2-3 bell peppers (colored), cut into chunks
Instructions
- Best to marinate overnight. and 10 minutes direct, 10 minutes indirect heat. Two minutes before, put the glazing on.
